The front luggage compartment contains 150 liters and the rear trunk volume is 745 liters. This figure increases to 1645 liters when the seat back of the back "couch" is folded. The lowest power modification of S-306 was equipped with 60 horsepower and the battery with capacity of 60 kW / h. The maximum speed is 193 km / h. The cruising fuel range is 335 km. The most powerful Tesla Model S P90D received two electric motors with 503 h.p. at the back side and 259 h.p. in front. Total output is 762 horsepower. The declared cruising fuel range is 403 km (253 miles).The vehicle "shoots" from 0 to 60 in 2.8 seconds with the help of the fantastic torque of 967 Nm. The Maximum speed is 250 km / h. According to the 0-60 times Model S P90D can be compared with such supercars as Lamborghini, McLaren, Ferrari and Koenigsegg. When you get into the car for the first time, start the engine, and hear ... nothing. And it's a little scary, at first because the lack of the engine’s sound is unusual. It demands about 15 hours to charging to fully recover the lithium-ion battery in the electric Tesla Model S from the household network of 220V (it depends on the modification). If using the NEMA socket, this time is reduced to 6-8 hours.

You may charge the electric car’s batteries in 70-80 minutes at the special stations called Supercharger. Usualy the Tesla Model S is equipped with the xenon headlights, 8 airbags, the digital gage panel, the systems of ABS + ESP, the brakes of Brembo, LED parking lights, the aluminium disc of19 inches with rubber of the Goodyear Eagle (245 / 45R19) and informational and entertainment complex with the 17-inch monitor. The ordinary autodriver must understand that this car has an enormous number of advantages when driving in the city, but on the track they are gone mainly because this machine can not survive the long trip on the high speeds. Its battery gets discharged too quickly. Tesla is not a racing car. This auto is for traffic jams and quiet driving. But the main thing about this car is that it gives us hope for a great and clean future.
